This past Saturday, I took to the streets of LA as a self-proclaimed TCFStyle Correspondent. My destination: the #SBRPopUP hosted by the gorgeous Reah of Styled by Reah. Equipped with my two gal pals and our phones, we covered the event from head to toe and made tons of bew boos while at it.
I knew the event was going to be awesome before I even entered the building because the music was jammin! And then, there was a Don Francisco ice coffee bar at the entrance. Score!! Coffee and 90s jams- could a girl be luckier? Yes. Because the goodness did not stop there. We received a really cool swag bag as soon as we checked in that included tons of goodies containing Don Francisco Keurig cups (there is no such thing as too much coffee).
After getting all checked in and juiced up (on coffee), we took a moment to partake in the yummy gourmet marshmallows, lemon bars, and other baked goodies. I then somehow then got drawn to the photo booth…
Magically, between taking pix with the birthday girl Reah and the other bloggers, playing in the photo booth, and jamming to the music, I managed to get some shopping done. There were tons of options. Bloggers Reah, Ivory, Allison, Gabi, Nicolette, Rachel, and Jay Miranda opened their closets to us. We shopped jewelry, clothing, shoes, and accessories. Plus size brands City Chic, Living Doll Los Angeles, and Curvy Couture were there to preview their upcoming fall fashions.
I thought I bought a lot, but my girl Jenita purchased even more! Out of everything I purchased, I am most excited about my “new to me” black blazer and denim skater skirt purchased from the super sweet Allison. I actually have already worn both items!
All in all, my time spent at the #SBRPopUp was enjoyed. I had a great time socializing and shopping and will certainly return when the time comes.
Until next time, this #TCFStyle Correspondent is signing out 🙂
